Job Description

Assist in

preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

, cost estimates, and tender documents. Conduct

quantity take-offs

and material measurements from drawings and site visits. Support in the preparation of

interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts

. Help monitor and control

project costs

during the construction phase. Participate in

site inspections

to verify progress and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Assist in evaluating

variation orders

and claims. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for cost control purposes. Liaise with

contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

to gather pricing and cost information. Prepare and update

cost reports

for management review. Support senior team members in

contract administration

and dispute resolution when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
