Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for materials.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project costings.
Monitor and report on project expenses and variations.
Work closely with senior quantity surveyors to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5 - 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in roadworks or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of roadworks construction processes and standards.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar is an advantage.
Must be in Qatar, holding a valid Qatari Id, transferable visa
