Job Description

Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings.

Tendering & Contracts:

Help prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and support contract administration (variations, final accounts).

Cost Control:

Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and report on financial performance.

Site Support:

Conduct site visits to verify work progress, measure quantities, and ensure compliance.

Reporting:

Prepare and update cost reports, progress reports, and financial data for senior review.

Collaboration:

Work with project managers, site engineers, architects, and contractors.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

At least 2- 4 years in Construction within Qatar

Technical:

Strong analytical skills, measurement knowledge, familiarity with cost software.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, good communication, organizational skills, problem-solving. Holding valid QID
