Assists with project cost estimates, budget preparation, cost monitoring, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and supporting senior Quantity Surveyors with cost control and variation management.
Analyze tender documents and drawings to prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with high precision.
Monitor project expenditures, track cost performance, and support the implementation of cost control measures.
Prepare monthly progress and financial reports to senior staff and management.
Assist with the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts, and help monitor subcontract costs against agreed amounts.
Identify and investigate variations from the project plan and help in implementing remedial actions.
Ensure proper documentation for cost control, payments, and contract management.
Candidate should be available in Qatar with valid QID and can provide NOC
Should possess Engineering Degree in Civil and experience of 3- 5 years in QS position.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software, drawing measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD), and Microsoft Excel is essential.
