The Junior Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial and project teams by assisting in quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract administration to ensure construction projects are delivered within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs
Support cost estimation and budget tracking
Assist in preparation of interim valuations and progress claims
Measure and record executed works on site
Assist in variation orders and change management
Support subcontractor measurement and payment certification
Maintain cost records and commercial documentation
Coordinate with site engineers and planning teams
Assist in final accounts preparation
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
1-3 years of experience in construction projects (fresh graduates may apply)
Basic knowledge of measurement methods and BOQs
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic QS software

Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work under supervision

Pay: BD215.000 - BD250.000 per month
