to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting while supporting senior QS staff in ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Support in evaluating subcontractor quotations and supplier pricing.
Monitor project costs and assist in preparing progress claims and payment certificates.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and procurement for cost-related matters.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all QS activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying within a contracting company (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with QS software is a plus.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
