Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Monitoring
Assist in inspecting fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP works within interiors, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site activities and highlight any deviations to the QC Engineer or Project Manager.Documentation
Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality reports. Assist in preparingInspection Requests (IRs)
and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.Coordination
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Compliance & Standards
Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project quality requirements, applicable codes, and client specifications. Support in implementing the company's QA/QC procedures and checklists.Support & Learning
Assist senior QC staff in conducting internal audits and quality briefings for site teams. Learn and apply industry best practices for quality management in interior fit-out works.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
