Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated

Junior QA/QC Engineer

with 1-2 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance and quality control processes on-site and ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. A

valid UAE driving license

is essential for site mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and inspection protocols on construction projects Conduct routine inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and site activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection requests (IRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), method statements, and checklists Monitor subcontractor works and verify compliance with approved quality plans Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and consultants for inspections and approvals Report quality issues or deviations and assist in corrective/preventive action implementation Maintain organized records of quality inspections, test results, and certifications Attend quality-related meetings and assist in audits and site evaluations Conduct site visits and inspections as required across various locations using company-provided or personal vehicle

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field 1 to 2 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE construction sector Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and UAE construction regulations Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and testing procedures Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and QA/QC software tools

Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with infrastructure, building, or MEP works QA/QC Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards Familiarity with third-party inspection agencies and lab testing coordination
