We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assists departments with following purchasing procedures and follow-up on their orders to ensure timely deliveries. Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and other related documentation. Assists department and warehouse management with product reports. Manages purchase order follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate pricing, terms, and specifications. Collaborates across functions between buying and operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in production or a related field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and industrial working knowledge.
2 years of experience in a Junior Purchasing role in the UAE (freshers will also be considered).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Strong written and email communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
