The RSK Middle East regional business, RSK Environment LLC, with headquarters in Abu Dhabi, currently has an opportunity to join this growing team.

This role is full time office based and the successful candidate will be joining a team of two senior proposal coordinators.

Junior Proposals and Registrations Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 Abu Dhabi

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Co-ordinating the production of tender submissions \xe2\x80\x93 using templates and company information to produce draft submissions, document formatting, following up input required, proof reading, quality review, printing and submission.
• Receiving and recording all new opportunities
• Completion of pre-qualification documents
• Completion and maintenance of registrations, supplier questionnaires and client portals
• Participating in go / no go decision making, subsequently recording and communicating the outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of bids and their outcomes, from which management reporting can be produced
• Supporting the Bid Manager to improve the quality of bid production and management
• Communicating with clients, via phone and email, to answer questions, provide updates and seek feedback relating to bids at any stage prior to award
• Preparation of marketing/proposal support information and ensuring literature is up to date

Person specification:

• Educated to degree level, suited to either a recent graduate or one years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

• Excellent English literacy and written/verbal communication skills
• Competent user of all Microsoft packages (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of information/documents
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to use their own initiative and problem solve
• Friendly and approachable, with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels of the business, inside and outside of the immediate team
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work in other areas of the team when support is needed
