1. Oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
2. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that joinery products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
3. Conducting quality control inspections of joinery products throughout the production process, including incoming materials, in-process production, and final products.
4. Supervise, monitor the site labor force, manage the work of any subcontractors, and ensure their work meets quality standards.
5. Identifying and resolving quality issues, including non-conformances, defects, and deviations from customer specifications.
6. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
7. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
9. Coordinate with the Consultant's representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
10. Site Progress Checking and Quality Supervision as per company standards.
11. Coordinating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and project management, to ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. At least 3 Years of Work Experience Preferably in Joinery Works
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3. To be successful as a Joinery Project Engineer, candidates should have a strong understanding of joinery production processes and quality control techniques, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
