Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Executive to join our Human Resources team, primarily focusing on onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all new employees.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, system setup, and orientation sessions. Coordinate with various internal departments (IT, Fleet, Front office, Admin, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain and update onboarding checklists, employee records, and HR systems with high accuracy. Ensure all compliance-related documents and pre-employment verifications are completed in a timely manner. Deliver onboarding presentations and be the point of contact for new employees during their initial days. Continuously improve onboarding processes and suggest automation or efficiency measures. Support other HR functions as needed, particularly in areas closely related to employee lifecycle management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to onboarding or HR operations. Strong process orientation and comfort with systems and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent HR in a professional manner. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
