Our project management is the pivotal point that manages international broadcast, media and internal projects at Qvest. Together with internal experts, consultants and system architects, our project managers face the challenges of highly complex technical projects that require management skills above all. Support our team as the third (Junior) Project Manager in managing our projects in the Middle East. Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the project management, monitoring and documentation of technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the areas of media, IT and entertainment
• You define and fulfil the time, cost and performance targets of the project
• You are responsible for project communication with customers, suppliers and other project participants
• You ensure the commercial and organisational execution in cooperation with sales, system integration and logistics
• You put together and manage project teams and external personnel
• You maintain our project management software (BlueAnt) and our ERP system APplus for reporting purposes
• You create, update, publish and store project-relevant documents in MS Office

Your Profile

• You have completed a technical degree or comparable training and have already gained relevant professional experience in project management
• The following project management certifications are welcome: GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS
• You have knowledge of methods such as PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 and ITIL
• You have the following personality attributes: strong communication skills, resilience, presentation skills, interdisciplinary thinking
• You are confident with project management software (e.g. MS Project) and Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio)
• You are willing to travel
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; and you ideally have German and/or Arabic language skills
