Our client is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager responsible to hire plan, coordinate and follow up on new installation projects within the Project Solutions team. Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordination with the customer for all defined work
Coordination with internal departments
Execute assigned tickets in the ticketing system
Execute assigned e-mails in the shared and personal mailbox
Participate in internal project meetings
Participate in meetings with our customers if needed
Carry out and coordinate operation generated projects if needed
Create orders, tickets, reports. Monitor tasks, check due dates, follow up with responsible parties
Assist with other cases within the Standard Project Solutions department if needed
Main knowledge
Education in project planning, administration, logistics or equivalent through work experience
Experience with project coordination, administration and/or management
Strong command of English Language both spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience in working in international teams Main Attitude Competence
Able to work well under high pressure, with multiple activities ongoing at the same time
