Reports To: Head of Family Office

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to support the

management of a high-end residential villa project for a UHNW principal, as well as

joint venture luxury villa development. The role offers exposure to ultra-luxury

construction, design, and development processes, providing the opportunity to gain

hands-on experience in managing complex projects with meticulous attention to

quality, timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

For Personal Villa Build:

Assist in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a bespoke residential villaproject for the principal. Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers toensure the project meets design intent and quality standards. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes, reportingprogress to the Head of Family Office Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with specifications andesolve any on-site issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, invoices,and change orders.

For JV Luxury Villa Development:

Support the monitoring and delivery of high-end villa development in joint ventures. Assist in project scheduling, milestone tracking, and reporting to stakeholders. Collaborate with developer and contractors to ensure compliance with design,legal, and regulatory requirements. Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting on financial performance ofthe development projects. Participate in site inspections and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related field
