Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of ERPNext for our clients. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of ERPNext implementation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ERPNext Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation team, managing the project timeline and budget, and ensuring successful deployment of ERPNext for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ERPNext implementation team to ensure timely delivery of the project
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Manage project risks and issues and ensure appropriate escalation to management as needed
- Conduct project status meetings and communicate project progress to all stakeholders
- Ensure successful deployment of ERPNext for our clients
- Provide post-implementation support and training as needed
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ERPNext implementation project management
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERPNext implementation methodology and best practices
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
