Job Summary:

We are looking for a

proactive and highly organized Project Manager

to lead AI automation and software development projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI automation and custom software development projects. Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables. Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to keep projects on track. Ensure seamless collaboration between developers, designers, data engineers, and business stakeholders. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting. Implement agile methodologies and project management best practices. Foster a proactive, solution-driven culture within the project team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-8 years of project management experience in

software development and/or AI automation

. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and automation workflows

(n8n and others)

. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, RPA tools, and cloud technologies. Proven experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
