Assist with prequalification with various clients.
Review the scope of work and source suitable resources for performing the service.
Assist with preparation of proposal.
After order confirmation, coordinate with all concerned parties, plan and schedule service as per agreed scope of work.
Track the progress of the scheduled service, submit daily report to client.
Prepare draft invoice and submit for client review, once approved submit final invoice.
Follow up for the payment.
Maintain records of all communication and reports for every service delivered.
