The Wrap Company is a fast-growing business specializing in interior wrapping solutions for residential and commercial projects. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join our team and help us source the best suppliers for various activities related to construction, carpentry, materials, and services in the UAE.



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help identify and negotiate with suppliers that provide high-quality and cost-effective materials, tools, and services related to construction, carpentry, wrapping, and other related trades. The ideal candidate should have strong research and negotiation skills, be well-organized, and have a keen interest in the construction and finishing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Research & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard affordable and reliable suppliers for materials and services.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the market to find better pricing, quality, and service for construction and wrapping-related products.

Negotiation: Work with suppliers to get the best deals while maintaining quality standards.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors.

Cost Optimization: Identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency in procurement.

Order Management: Coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock availability.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain procurement records, supplier contracts, and cost analysis reports.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (fresh graduates with a strong interest in procurement are welcome).

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong research and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of construction materials and services.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Ability to work independently and find creative solutions to sourcing challenges.

Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Location: Based in Dubai, with a willingness to visit suppliers when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
