Building projects experience
- Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6.
- Identify the project deliverables, milestones and create a work breakdown structure for the project(s).
- Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves , Histograms, Risk Registers.
- Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims, identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time.
Contract length: 3 months Experience:
- Planning Engineer MEP: 2 years (Preferred)
- Building project: 2 years (Preferred)
- QID (Preferred)
