Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
Prepare delay analysis, recovery plans, and progress reports.
Ensure alignment with project milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum
5 years of planning experience
in UAE-based construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Knowledge of construction site workflows, sequences, and coordination challenges.
Strong communication and independent reporting skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning (UAE experience preferred).
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
