Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Planning Engineer

with 2-3 years of UAE experience in building and villa projects. The ideal candidate will support the planning team in the development, monitoring, and reporting of project schedules using

Primavera P6

, with solid working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and basic project control concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules using

Primavera P6

. Support senior planners in tracking project progress and updating project timelines regularly. Coordinate with site teams to collect daily progress updates and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Analyze deviations from baseline plans and report variances. Maintain logs and records related to planning activities. Assist in resource and cost loading of schedules when required. Support the preparation of look-ahead programs and short-term planning activities. Participate in meetings and prepare planning-related presentations and documentation.

Qualification & key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of relevant UAE experience

, preferably in

building and villa construction projects

. Strong knowledge of

Primavera P6

(Mandatory). Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

; ability to create and maintain structured spreadsheets. Basic understanding of

project planning, monitoring, and controlling

techniques. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under supervision and collaboratively with other team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
