Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in project scheduling and planning using Primavera P6. The candidate will assist in developing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project control activities to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities



- Assist in preparing baseline schedules using Primavera P6.

- Update and monitor project schedules based on site progress.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams for timely planning inputs.

- Track work progress and highlight delays, risks, and resource requirements.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

- Assist in manpower and material planning.

- Support cost and time analysis activities.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules and monitor critical paths.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and planning procedures.

- Assist in meetings with internal teams and clients regarding schedule updates.

Qualifications & Skills



- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).

- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project (optional), and reporting tools.

- Understanding of project management principles and construction workflows.

- Strong analytical and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and communicate effectively with teams.
