Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

Planning Engineer

with strong expertise in

Primavera P6

, construction planning, and

EOT (Extension of Time) claims

. The ideal candidate should have a background in the engineering or consulting sector with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 Prepare and analyze project progress reports, resource histograms, S-curves, and look-ahead programs Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely execution Evaluate project delays and support in preparation of EOT claims and recovery plans Monitor project milestones, cost impacts, and risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Identify critical paths and propose strategies for mitigation Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for planning-related inputs Maintain proper documentation of plans, schedules, variations, and delay analysis

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or consulting firms Proficient in

Primavera P6

and MS Project Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, and delay analysis Experience in preparing

EOT (Extension of Time) claims

is mandatory Familiar with contractual terms (FIDIC preferred) and project documentation Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
