Junior Planning Engineer - Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Junior Planning Engineer to support our scheduling and project control team on high-rise construction projects in Dubai. You'll assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring site progress, and collaborating closely with engineering and site execution teams to help ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and updating project schedules

Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities.

Support data collection from site engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.

Identify slippages or delays; provide inputs for mitigation strategies.

Create visual planning tools: Gantt charts, histograms, and progress dashboards.

Coordinate internally with procurement, engineering, and commercial teams to align timelines.

Participate in meetings and support presentations and planning reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2-3 years of UAE or GCC planning experience, ideally on high-rise or large-scale projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel; MS PowerPoint for reporting.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (civil, structural, MEP).

Strong analytical, time?management and organizational capabilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive attitude.
