JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\x93
\xc2\xb7 Planning and execution of work for speedy completion of project.
\xc2\xb7 Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.
\xc2\xb7 Preparation of detailed construction program as per scope of work in Primavera and Microsoft Project; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to, cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
\xc2\xb7 Preparation of baseline construction program at the tendering stage and detailing of the same during the project execution stage using project management tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project.
\xc2\xb7 Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical problems for management reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze the delay events for the Extension of time claim, drafting notice and write- ups for the substantiation of the delay events.
\xc2\xb7 Providing the site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.
\xc2\xb7 Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring sheets, progress charts and risk assessment.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and my project team. Highlight various critical issues and derive solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
