Position: Junior Mechanical Engineer

Department: MEP Engineering

Location: UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Summary: As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, assisting in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems. You will work closely with senior engineers to contribute to various projects and gain hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, a passion for innovation, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Analysis:

Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical components and systems.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models and technical drawings.

Prototyping and Testing:

Support the fabrication and assembly of prototypes.

Assist in conducting tests and experiments to validate and refine designs.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of design processes, testing procedures, and results.

Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation as required.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure integrated system functionality.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Problem Solving:

Identify and troubleshoot design issues, recommending and implementing solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

Stay informed about the latest developments and advancements in the field.

Professional Development:

Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Seek guidance and mentorship from senior engineers to accelerate personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Internship or project experience in a relevant field is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years experience on site is a must.

Should have consultancy experience a must.
