ZIA Medical Center is looking for a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented
Junior Patient Relations Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 1 year of experience
in patient relations or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and promptly
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely services
Support patients with appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up
Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their visit
Address patient complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary
Provide information regarding clinic services, doctors' schedules, and insurance coverage
Assist in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming front-desk environment
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
patient relations
or
customer service
(preferably in healthcare)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a pleasant and empathetic demeanor
Proficient in MS Office and patient management systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
Experience in a medical center or hospital setting
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
