Key Responsibilities
Greet patients professionally and assist with inquiries
Confirm, schedule, and follow up on patient appointments
Support billing processes and assist in closing patient bills
Update and manage patient records through clinic online portals
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and front desk communications
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists for scheduling
Maintain front desk organization and daily reports
Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Previous experience in reception, admin, or healthcare is an advantage (freshers welcome)
Basic knowledge of billing and appointment systems
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
Willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment
