Job Title: Junior Parts Advisor (with Sales Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Junior Parts Advisor

with at least 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts or a related field. This role is ideal for an energetic, sales-driven individual who enjoys engaging with customers and supporting efficient parts operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of automotive components, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email/WhatsApp with parts inquiries and sales. Actively promote and upsell parts, accessories, and value-added products. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or collection. Support inventory management by helping with stock checks, restocking, and organizing parts. Use parts cataloguing and inventory systems to identify correct parts. Work closely with technicians and service advisors to fulfil internal parts requirements. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain clean and organized displays and storage areas. Provide basic technical support and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Help resolve minor customer complaints related to parts orders or deliveries. Conduct client visits to develop customer relationships, promote products, and support sales growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive parts or a similar customer-facing role. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or sales is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloguing systems. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or point-of-sale software. Sales-focused mindset with a customer-first approach. Good typing speed with minimum of 30-40 words per minute with accuracy.

Preferred:

Experience working with German or luxury car brands. Multilingual ability (especially English, Arabic, and Hindi) is an advantage. UAE driving license is a plus. Candidates currently residing in or near
