Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for satisfying the needs expressed by the Candidates in terms of orientation and selection, provision of the service and collection of registrations with a proactive attitude and anticipation of any new needs and opportunities. It will deal with the entire life cycle of the candidate, will promote professional opportunities in the network of companies, will anticipate any new needs through a proactive attitude. Carry out screening of applications and first evaluation phone interviews. Conducts selection and orientation interviews and administers tests / assessments. Implements actions aimed at building customer loyalty.Job Requirements:
Degree in humanities and / or economics. It will be preferable to have obtained a Master in Human Resources and previous work experience in the job.
