We are responsible for fulfillment and last mile delivery for hundreds of merchants in a variety of industries including e- commerce, food, grocery and other areas. We are a small and passionate team that is building the next big vertical for us. Operations are at the core of us. They are our face to clients and we rely on them to provide an amazing experience by building strong relationship, addressing issues quickly and using data insights to add value. They are responsible for growing demand in a sustainable way. About the role:

• Ecommerce Projects - Monitoring and ensuring smooth operations in all Ecomm, Offline and 3PL projects. Liaising with client ops teams on a daily basis for reporting, weekly capacity planning and ad-hoc requests.
• Captain Ops - Maintain daily attendance tracker for Captains across multiple projects. Solve for unplanned absences to ensure project performance is not impacted. Monitor Captain level performance in terms of DSR% and Zonal performances.
• Vendor Management - Manage Vendor relationships in regards to performance and captain onboardings. Track Fleet Compliance requirements in terms of captains and vehicles documents validity.
• Fareye Ops - Manage Fareye ops, onboard new clients and Captains. Work with Fareye team to raise and follow-up on system issues and requirements.

About you:

• 1-2 years in a similar role or Operations
• Should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications like Excel & PowerPoint.
• Customer Focused & Team Player
• Effective Communication & Problem Solving skills
• Strong People and Time management skills
• Good English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
