Junior Operations (Unpaid 3 Months | On-site in Business Bay, Dubai)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Schedule: 2 days per week, 10 AM to 7 PM

About the Role
We're seeking a female Operations Intern, fluent in English, who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities and gain hands-on exposure to the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client communications and managing daily operational tasks
• Support onboarding of new customers and enterprise clients
• Help prepare and draft agreements and documentation
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Who Were Looking For

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields
• Prior experience or interest in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is a plus but not a must
