Key Skills
Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IGMP, Multicast, ... Customer-oriented approach with good verbal and written communication skills Basic proficiency in Linux command line. Basic proficiency in network switches configuration.
Key Responsibilities
First-level technical support for IPTV and network services. Provide clear guidance and support to technical and non-technical users. Uphold high customer satisfaction through professional client interactions. Collaboration with senior engineers for complex issues resolution
Experience
Experience in Hospitality sector would be desirable. * Experience in IPTV systems would be desirable
