Generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
Liaise with banks, clients, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
Proven experience in mortgage sales or real estate would be an advantage.
Salary: Basic salary with target based incentives
