Position Overview

Dynatron is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer with strong skills in AutoCAD to support its engineering and project management activities across terminal operations and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior engineers and project managers by preparing accurate engineering drawings, supporting design development, and contributing to technical presentations.

This is an entry-level to early-career position, offering the opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale energy and infrastructure projects while developing technical and professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Design Support

Prepare and update

AutoCAD drawings

, including layouts, schematics, and detailed design drawings for mechanical systems and terminal facilities. Assist in design reviews by incorporating feedback from senior engineers and project managers. Maintain proper version control and documentation of drawings and revisions.

Presentation & Communication

Assist in developing

PowerPoint presentations

for client meetings, project reviews, and internal coordination. Translate technical data and engineering concepts into clear visual formats (charts, diagrams, layouts). Contribute to ensuring consistency in templates, formatting, and branding across documents.

Coordination & Learning

Work closely with senior engineers to support daily project activities. Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings as needed. Continuously learn and apply industry standards and best practices in engineering design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

or related discipline.

1-3 years of experience

(internships or junior-level roles acceptable) in engineering design or drafting. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D required; 3D an advantage). Working knowledge of

Microsoft PowerPoint

and Word. Familiarity with industrial projects, construction, or oil & gas environments is a plus.

Soft Skills

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude. Strong communication skills to work in a multicultural team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Team player with willingness to support different aspects of project work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Oil and Gas: 1 year (Required)
