The selected candidate will assist senior mechanical engineers in performing design, coordination, and drafting tasks for multidisciplinary projects across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mechanical and MEP teams with design and drafting work for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Prepare equipment schedules, layouts, and design drawings under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support in preparing calculations, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate design information with other engineering disciplines and the CAD/Revit team.
• Participate in reviewing shop drawings, specifications, and design deliverables.
• Contribute to technical reports, meeting notes, and internal project documentation.
• Assist in performing fundamental engineering computations and technical analysis.
• Maintain organized project files and support the team with administrative engineering tasks.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and Parsons quality procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0-1 year of experience; fresh UAE National graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong motivation to develop a career in building systems and MEP design.
• Must hold UAE nationality (Family Book required).
