Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

Junior Mechanic

with hands-on experience in sports cars and high-end vehicles to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will assist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, working under the supervision of senior mechanics. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles (engine, brakes, suspension, transmission, HVAC, etc.) Carry out routine service, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks on sports cars and performance vehicles Support senior mechanics in complex repair and diagnostic work Perform basic road testing after repair under supervision Ensure all work is performed according to manufacturer standards and workshop policies Keep accurate job cards, service records, and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment Stay updated on automotive repair practices and tools
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic (experience with sports/high-performance cars is preferred) Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology (or equivalent) Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools Good understanding of European/Japanese performance cars (Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, etc. is an advantage) Ability to work under supervision and follow workshop protocols Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) UAE driving license preferred

Monthly Salary:

AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (based on experience and skills)
