Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: A Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with the Director of Marketing and other Departments to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Their duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity. This job is to use the knowledge of SEO tactics to generate leads to product pages or the company website and responsible for creating certain forms of content like blog posts or infographics to aid the production of marketing campaign materials. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Liaise with concerned Departments to come up with creative marketing campaigns, branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
  • Liaise with external creative agencies to develop and create above-the-line and below-the-line advertising materials, press releases, monthly and seasonal listings, PR Clippings, etc.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers in coordination with the Director of Marketing in strengthening the B2B and B2C of the company.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in Investigating the performance of a company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. Creating Key Visuals, brochures, photography, and videos including social media communication assets for various product campaigns and offers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Assist in the management of all the internal processes of Marketing operations.
