Junior Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a cross discipline specialist to support our Off Plan property marketing team. The Junior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for updated property listings on relevant portals, developing sales assets related to new property launches, creating social media posts and updating relevant content across our website. Working in fast paced and dynamic environment, the successful candidate will thrive on deadlines, working with speed, accuracy and sharp attention to detail in order to ensure materials are out in market quickly. They will be highly efficient, with exceptional administration skills, keeping track of project status and managing tasks. Real Estate is a competitive market so we need to stay on top of our competition and lead from the front. You will bring an added flair and contribute proactively to team plans to streamline processes and optimise campaigns. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of marketing/sales materials in relation to new project launches. Update key information across key channels and developing sales assets/templates via Hubspot
- Update and monitor listings across property portals relating to off plan projects, writing copy and identifying appropriate images to maximise impact
- Maintain a list of active projects on excel, ensuring content is refreshed and updated across all channels including website
- Work closely with the social media team to develop stories and posts relating to off plan properties
- Work collaboratively with the broader off plan marketing team to support related campaigns in market
- Using Operational tools such as Microsoft Teams and Monday, to track key tasks and program progress
- Experience in English Copywriting \xe2\x80\x93 including copy for social media, email, web and brochures
- Experience in basic social publishing and web content administration
- Preferred experience in using Hubspot or similar sales management tool
- Microsoft office skills \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
- Experience working in real estate industry would be an advantage
