Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Assist in content creation (social media, email newsletters, blog posts, etc.) Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other creatives Track performance metrics and help optimize campaigns Stay up to date on trends and contribute fresh ideas to weekly brainstorms Help manage events, partnerships, and community activations
What we're looking for:
1-3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) A strong sense of brand and aesthetics Excellent communication and copywriting skills Proficiency in social media and digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.) Proactive, organized, and eager to learn A background in
graphic design
would be asignificant advantage
bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite skillsBonus points if you're a foodie, love local culture, or have cafe industry experience.
