Marketing Assistant

DEPARTMENT:

Marketing

REPORT TO:

Marketing Manager

MISSION:

- To assist the marketing team as a support assistant.

- Good communicator, both in writing and verbally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the marketing manager in implementing and rolling out marketing strategy and yearly plan, by assembling data, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.

- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.

- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.

- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.

- The ability to problem-solve.

- Notions of digital marketing platforms.

- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PPT.

- Canva software is a plus.

- Designer profile is a plus.

- Arabic speaking is a plus.

PROFILE:

- Age: 25 / 35 Years.

- Nationality: Open

- Academic: High School or Equivalent

- Experience: At least 1 year experience as marketing assistant

PACKAGE:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
