Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Back Office & Marketing Assistant
to support daily operations and assist in marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start and grow their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and data entry
Manage and update internal databases and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding shipments and general inquiries
Support in the creation of marketing content (newsletters, social media posts, presentations)
Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
