Job Description
Monitor Swimmers:
Constantly observe swimming areas to ensure the safety of all guests and prevent accidents.Enforce Rules:
Enforce pool and safety rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment.Respond to Emergencies:
Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of guests in the event of an emergency.Administer First Aid/CPR:
Provide first aid or CPR in the event of injury or life-threatening situations.Inspect Pool Area:
Conduct regular checks of the pool area, including water quality, rescue equipment, and cleanliness.Maintain Reports:
Complete daily reports, incident logs, and accident documentation accurately and promptly.Support Swimmer Safety:
Provide guidance or assistance to swimmers as needed, especially children and inexperienced swimmers.Collaborate with Team:
Work closely with other lifeguards and facility staff to ensure smooth operation.Attend Training:
Participate in ongoing lifeguard training, drills, and certification updates as required.Promote Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Ensure that pool areas, showers, and equipment are clean and sanitary.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
