Legis Vista is hiring a
Junior Legal Associate
to join our legal consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with drafting, reviewing, and researching legal matters, as well as supporting senior consultants in corporate and commercial cases.Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare reports or case summaries. Support senior associates with arbitration, litigation, and advisory work. Assist clients with compliance, licensing, and regulatory filings. Coordinate with clients for documentation and case updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
1-2 years of legal experience in the UAE
(corporate/commercial law preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE Civil & Commercial Law is an advantage. Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills. Fluency inEnglish
(Arabic is an advantage).Benefits
