Junior Legal Associate - Corporate and Contract Department

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Legal Associate

to join our

Contracts Department

. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of

Common Law principles

and a strong interest in

corporate and commercial legal matters

. This role is well suited for a fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.

The successful candidate will work under supervision to support contract management, legal research, and compliance activities while developing practical legal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements under supervision Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on Common Law and corporate legal matters Support compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and statutory requirements Assist in managing the contract lifecycle, including preparation, execution, and and coordination with in the firm, clients until completion. Participate in contract negotiations with clients while ensuring the company's interests are protected Coordinate with internal teams and support senior legal staff as required
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
Required Languages

Fluent in

English and Arabic

(written and spoken)
Required Skills & Experience

Strong professional presence with meticulous attention to detail Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
