working on a range of exciting and challenging legal projects. We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Lawyer / Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on UAE civil law and international legislation. Draft and review core legal documents, including contracts, claims, and official correspondence. Visit government authorities (AMER, Tasheel, Dubai Courts, Prosecutor's Office) to submit and collect legal documents. Liaise with Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, DSO) and fill out online application forms. Communicate with various authorities for follow-ups and inquiries related to legal procedures. Support the legal team in handling client matters and providing practical legal solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law

(LLB or equivalent). Solid understanding of

civil law and procedural rules

. Strong

analytical and research skills

; ability to interpret and apply foreign laws is a plus. Excellent

drafting skills

for contracts, legal claims, and letters. Highly

organized

and detail-focused; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

--able to gather information efficiently. Fluent

English

(written and spoken) is required;

Russian

language skills are an advantage. Energetic, self-driven, and motivated to develop professionally.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
