Role Description:
The Junior IT Support is responsible for providing first-line technical support to end users, assisting in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily IT tasks.
Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of server management, and system security. Familiarity with IT compliance standards. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
