Healthline Medical Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior IT Support Technician

to join our IT department. The successful candidate will provide Level 1 end-user support across our five medical centers, ensuring the smooth operation of devices, systems, and software applications, including EMR (Cortex), PACS, and office IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

End-User Support

: Provide front-line support to staff for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and general IT issues.

Account & Access Management

: Assist in managing user accounts, password resets, and access permissions via Active Directory.

EMR Support

: Support users on Cortex EMR with basic issue resolution and escalate advanced cases.

Networking & Telephony

: Provide basic troubleshooting of network issues and VoIP phone systems (training provided).

Ticketing & Documentation

: Resolve tickets using internal systems; maintain accurate documentation and work logs.

Compliance & Process Adherence

: Follow internal processes to ensure compliance with audit and security standards.

On-Site Support

: Travel to assigned medical centers as needed to provide physical support.

Requirements:

Education

: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

: 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment.

Technical Skills

: Basic knowledge of Windows OS, AD, networking concepts, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.

Language

: Arabic fluency is required; proficiency in English is essential.

Soft Skills

: Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, time management, and attention to detail.

Other

: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a significant advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
