Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our business development efforts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
IT sales
, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base in the UAE and wider GCC region.
Identify and generate new leads across industries such as fintech, e-commerce, real estate, logistics, and healthcare.
Drive the full sales cycle - from lead generation, pitching, proposals, to closing.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their IT needs and recommending tailored solutions (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, etc.).
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Dubai and beyond.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of B2B IT sales experience, preferably with an IT service or product company.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging tech.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
UAE driving license is preferred.
